Shipment all orders will be shipped via EMS.
Your order will be shipped from Japan to your destination via EMS (Express Mail Service, Japan Post Service) and it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive.(※There are exceptions. Please note that the arrival of goods may be slightly delayed. Also, we cannot ship on holidays and national holidays. We will ship on weekdays.)
For international orders, shipping costs vary by country. Please proceed to checkout to confirm.
For international orders, tax exemption applies.
Customs Duty
Orders may be subjected to Customs Duty and additional fees may be charged when the order enters the country of destination. This must be paid by the recipient and please pay directly to local authorities or shipping company. The rules and rates of customs duties may differ between each country. Please contact your local authority to check on this.
・Cancellations, Refunds,Returns
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason. Please note that due to the nature of online sales, we are unable to accept requests for returns such as "the size does not fit" or "the color is not what I expected".
Community Center Tokyo Branch online store supports overseas shopping outside of Japan. However, please understand the store is not a complete multilingual support.
At the bottom of our online store, you will find a category where you can choose English. You can also choose your country's currency. The language conversion on the website is mainly in English on the checkout page, with a mix of Japanese on the rest of the site.
※EMS does not accept COD payment, and will cancel your order if you choose to pay by COD. We are very sorry, but please select another payment method.
